Welcome to EXL Drivers, a team of fully qualified, DVSA-approved automatic driving instructors working together in a unique joint venture model – not as a franchise. We are proudly independent professionals united by a common goal: to provide the highest quality automatic driving tuition in Rugby and its surrounding areas.
Unlike national franchises, we don’t operate under a corporate umbrella. At EXL Drivers, each instructor retains their individual identity and independence, while contributing to a shared vision. We’re not here to pay franchise fees. Instead, we invest collectively in sourcing pupils, delivering excellence, and continually improving the learning experience for every student we teach.

We collaborate closely to maintain consistently high teaching standards.
We support each other professionally while remaining self-employed and flexible.
